I had a rough morning - just with work and stuff around work. Like I almost faked being sick so I could go home. It is amazing how easy I calmed down just talking to Spencer - not trying to be cheesy people, ugh cheesy is the worst! - but seriously. He is my best friend and helped so much! Music is also amazing therapy. I LOVE music. It doesn't matter what kind - although there are a few exceptions. :) I just get into a zone and chill out. Maybe that is why I can run long distance. It is so relaxing to me. What do yall do when you are frustrated???
I'm coaching a U14 basketball team up at the YMCA. We have practice Thursdays and game son Saturday. I coached last Winter season but this season is definitely more challenging. There are 10 girls on the team and I have 4 girls that have NEVER played basketball before, 2 girls that are straight up ballas, and then the other 4 I just never know with them - sometimes they are all into learning and playing hard and then the next game they could be looking for flowers to pick. I do love the challenge of coaching. It really is so much fun trying to get 10 girls to mesh and gel together to work together and learn how to play basketball. Cheesy? Maybe...ha
