Where's my phone?

Before dinner today, Spencer and I decided to make a quick run to Wal-Mart. As we were driving down the 2-lane road, Spencer saw a Ford Explorer roll across the road and into the ditch. We immediately pulled over and Spencer sprinted towards the car. I stayed in the car and called 911 and put the emergency flashers on. I went down to the scene and when I saw the car, I have no idea how the girl walked out alive. She barely had a scratch. God was watching over her. I stayed with the girl to calm her down while Spencer and another guy had to direct traffic since the police weren't there yet. The girl was on the phone trying to call her family.

When the ambulance pulled up, the paramedics started to exam her and I offered to hold her phone. She goes "Oh, no this isn't my phone. I borrowed it from that guy over there." The ambulance was blocking my view of the road so all I see is a Hispanic man gawking at the emergency crews. I confirmed that was who she was talking about. She slightly nods and I walk over to give the guy "his" phone. "Excuse me, sir. The girl said she borrowed your phone. Here it is." He stared at me and responds "Oh, yeah. I forgot about that." He takes the phone and walks off. A few minutes later Spencer finishes being a traffic cop and comes over to me. The girl is in the ambulance. He asks me where his phone is. "What do you mean your phone!?" I had given his phone to the Hispanic man!! While I was calling 911 on my phone, Spencer had let the girl borrow his phone but I didn't know that! Think of Homer Simpson right now yelling "Doh!"

So now, Spencer is without his iphone....now it is funny. But seriously!? That guy!! What a jerk. I called the phone like 15 times and sent him several text messages and no answer. We got the phone cancelled so he can't make/receive calls or use the internet. Take that mean guy.
