Bowlcoming!

Last weekend was Baylor's homecoming against Kansas State. We couldn't come because Spencer's company is a part of a Parade of Homes here and we both had to work at the houses. Spencer and I were devastated we couldn't come to the game. We had so many good friends from out of state and within Texas that were going to be in town. So, at the last minute, we decided to drive down to Waco after we finished working. We got into town around 10:30pm, dropped Bailey off at my parents house, and went to go meet our friends!

Baylor has not been bowl eligible since 1995 and hasn't been to a bowl game since 1994! And now we are ranked in the Top 25! Yay! Ohio State and Baylor are the only 2 programs in the country to have Football, Men's Basketball and Women's Basketball all ranked in the Top 25! How cool is that!? Sic Em!!

We wish we could have gone to the game, but thanks to Sarah for the fun pictures! :)


Spencer's good friend, Drew, (hi Drew! haha) and his wife Rae have started a tradition of having a Homecoming party at their house. We got to see SO many people and I got to see Sarah twice in one week!! That hasn't happened since college! She was in town the previous weekend so we got to spend Monday afternoon together!

And yes, Sarah is standing on an ottoman. :)

We stayed up until after 3am hanging out...I can't remember when the last time I stayed up that late! I am getting old. sad. We had to get up at 7am to drive back to Austin to work the Parades again! ha! It was well worth it, though. :)
