Baby Update

I can't believe it has been so long since my last baby post. Nothing much has changed, so I'll let that be my excuse. :) I can't believe I am 33 weeks today! When I think "I'm 33 weeks" and calculate how much time we have left until the due date it seems like the pregnancy has gone by so fast. But then it seems like it has just dragged on and on...So, here is a picture update of Maddi...

At our last appointment at 32 weeks, Maddi's heartbeat was 150 and she had flipped head first, which is good! After squishing around on my belly, the doctor said I was measuring about a week to a week-and-a-half ahead and that he predicted Maddi to be around 4 1/2 pounds maybe more, which he said meant she could easily be a 81/2 pounder! Whoa, baby! :0 We shall see...My weight gain from 12 weeks to 33 weeks is 20.4 pounds so with 7 weeks left I am guessing I will be around 28 pounds total, give or take.

32 Weeks

I really have been feeling great, but I am starting to feel the physical constraints of being pregnant. Cleaning the house is becoming a big ordeal so I have to take several days to get everything done, which is fine. Also, if I am gone a lot of the day, I definitely need a nap when I get back home. Bailey enjoys the nap part. :) We get to snuggle in bed. haha

So, everyone keeps making comments like "You aren't big at all" or "You don't look like you are that far along". One lady even asked me today when I had my baby. Seriously!? So, I thought I would find a picture when I was pregnant with the boys to see how big I am now compared to then...and my best guess is I am the same size now at 33 weeks as I was 26 weeks with the boys...Crazy, huh!?

Our next appointment is at 34 weeks, then 36 weeks, then every week after that. I guess since we are getting this close we need to start on the nursery....another day, another post. :)
