FRIDAY! Woohoo!

Spencer and I are doing P90X - Have yall heard of it? It is a very structured, strenuous workout program designed to build lean muscle and help you lose weight. I've lost 3 pounds! woohoo! It is a 90-day program and is divived into phases of workouts. Technically, we are in Week 4, but we were going strong for 2 weeks solid, then 4th of July came...company came....and so we got a little off track. We decided to start over so we are in Week 1 again. That means no sweets! That is been harder for me than the workouts! But after you burn all those calories working out, it is getting easier to say no to sweets. :)

Last night was our yoga day. I had never done yoga before - except from the first two weeks - and let me tell you, I think it is the dumbest thing ever. I am sure it has some health benefit but it is SO boring and did I mention dumb? I mean some of these poses are ridiculous! Maybe I am ADD....who knows....let's just say I quit 45 minutes into it...Spencer did it the whole hour and a half! Good for him. :) Me, not so much. I mean look at these poses below?!

This week seemed to fly by. I can't believe it is already Friday. Work was very busy - I could hardly keep my head straight. I am so ready for the weekend! Tonight we are helping some friends, Tama and Stuart, pack up their trailor - they are moving back to Kentucky so Stuart can go back to school. Funny thing - Stuart's parents live in the same neighborhood as my Aunt in Kentucky! Small World. It is sad to see them go. We had some more of our good friends, Josh and Rebecca, move this week, too. We helped them load up Tuesday night. They are off to Alabama so Josh can go back to school, too. What's up with all these people wanting to go back to school?! Not for me! I am done! :)

Saturday we are going to the Cheesecake Factory with some of our friends from church - they went to Baylor! How fun is that!? We can talk about our old Baylor days together. haha
Ok, hope everyone has a happy weekend! :)

  1. Eat some cheesecake for Hunter and I. Don't worry about the P90X diet restrictions they don't apply when you are eating for a pregnant lady and a baby!! By the way, we like the Godiva cheesecake and I know thats not hard to convince you to like ;) Miss and love ya!
