Easter Weekend 2010

For the first time since we have been married, Spencer and I were in Waco for Easter! Yay for moving back to Texas! :) On Saturday, we spent the day with my parents and Allan and Betsy. They came in from Lewisville (Dallas). They just bought their first home!! Betsy is the most amazing person for decorating and she really added a nice touch! :)

So, anyways, we were all together Saturday and we went to my Dad's new office building. He just moved in and it is really nice building! So of course he had to show it off. and of course my mom wanted to take pictures! haha

And this is when we got silly....really, another picture? We tried to hide in the bushes. Didn't work.

And probably my favorite thing of the day...decorating Easter egg sugar cookies!

On Sunday, we went to church with Spencer's family and and hung out with them all day. It was Spencer's grandpa's 87th birthday!! Yay! Happy Birthday, Popeye! We had a big family birthday with him. It was so much fun and I think he really had a good time!

Ok, so here is Brooke (my sister-in-law), Cory (Spencer's brother), Katie (yay for good friends!) and Spencer's dad!

Overall, Easter was such a fun weekend and it was amazing to be with family to celebrate Jesus's Resurrection.
