Dinner in Waco? Yes, please!!

So, I was out around town this afternoon and I get a text message..Hey want to meet for dinner in Waco tonight!? umm YES! My sweet dear friend Holly, who lives in Dallas, was going to be in Waco for the afternoon and of course everyone has to eat, so she was going to stay in town so we could go to dinner! Yay! I hadn't seen her since June and before then December. We didn't get to talk much in June so it was SO fun for us to catch up. We were roommates in college and lived down the street from each other one year. Holly was someone I could always count on to go play pick-up games of basketball, ultimate frisbee or anything involving any type of sport. :)

For dinner, we went to Chuy's. Oh.my.gosh. It is the best Mexican food place ever! After dinner, since we both had a 2 hour drive, we decided it was mandatory that we go to Common Grounds to get coffee. Common Grounds is the local coffee shop on Baylor campus. I crave their Rodeo Clowns - whatever flavored coffee that is brewing mixed with skim milk and cappuccino syrup served over ice. AMAZING!

We had such a fun visit! I am so thankful for her friendship! :) Yay for being back in Texas!
