Bad Squishy! Bad Squishy!!

So, I have now decided, or maybe put my decision into action, that this is my new motto:


So, after I had the boys, I got back down to my pre-preggers weight and into MOST of my pants/jeans/clothes but I have always been so self-conscious about my post pregnancy stomach "squishy." I kinda dealt with it and shook it off because I had twins and had been bigger at 34 weeks than my friends at 39/40 weeks and also that I was down to my pre-preggers weight. I was "ok" but not happy with how I looked. But now it is summer and I tried on my bikini and some of my summer shirts and AAAGGGHHH! So, now bad squishy must go! hahah :)

Ok, I know the Finding Nemo analogy is a stretch, but you have to have fun, right!? hehe

To lose the squishy (which I would be so amazingly happy if I lost maybe 10 pounds or so), I am doing Spin classes 3 times a week at the gym, free weights three times a week and the Ab Ripper X video from P90x three times a week, plus some other sort of cardio (elliptical, Zumba, etc.) two times a week. I am determined to do this!! :) Plus I will watch my sweets intake, which needs to be cut down, and how much chips and queso I love to eat at Maudie's. :)

I know a lot of my activities involve building muscle, so I'm taking that into account with the pounds I lose - as long as I have a 12-pack. HA! Kidding! Maybe a 12-pack of Diet Dr Pepper! Yum! My favorite! My main goal is to lose the squish and build muscle. And have fun while I'm doing it. :)

So, if you'll excuse me, I need to go pump some iron. :)

P.S. I also fully realize this is after a post about brownies, but I am throwing those away. :)
