So, yesterday my friend Katie came over to do Just Dance 2 on the Wii, which is SO fun by the way. Seriously. So, after "dancing" or attempting to dance, we were making dinner and waiting for Spencer to come home (he had to work late, bummer). We then decided we needed some brownies. Duh. Two girls = brownies. And homemade brownies at that. So, we made the batter, etc. put it in the pan. Cooking. Waiting. Cooking. Impatient. DONE! Or so we thought....
Once the brownies are out of the oven, the recipe says to immediately frost the brownies with the homemade icing. So we did. It was like Titanic..the icing just sunk straight to the bottom of the pan! agh! So then we get spoons and we're trying to spoon the icing out and it just leaves this HUGE hole in the middle of the brownies. At that point we are laughing our heads off. Then hilarious Katie goes, "Hey remember that Cosby episode where he covers the hole in the cake with paper towels and icing?" haha So that is what we did. We covered the hole with more icing and just swirled the almost done brownies and icing together. And it was delicious! :)
