HUGE-GINORMOUS-AMAZING Weekend

This weekend is probably going to be one of the biggest weekends Spencer and I have had in a LONG time! So much is going on where do I start...

Ok, so this weekend is my 10-year high school reunion! WHAT!? I know, I look so youthful. haha I think my group of friends in high school was definitely not the norm. We had such a big group of friends that still stay in touch to this day. We all loved high school and had such a great experience. We were well behaved kids - didn't cause (a lot) of trouble and for the most part, were pretty well-known at the school - athletes, cheerleaders, members of big organizations. I am really looking forward to catching up with everyone!

Saturday morning, our group is meeting at one of our high school favorites hole-in-the-wall Mexican food places. Oh, I can smell the grease and feel the tummy ache now. :) Tum tum tum tum TUMS! haha Not sure what ole Weight Watchers is gonna think about this! haha For lunch, the entire class  is having a catered lunch at a big park for the whole family. I am kinda apprehensive about this. A lot of people will have their kids there and will be talking about their kids and blah blah blah life revolves around my kids. I just hope it isn't too emotional for us. I think it says a lot for parents who are grounded enough that the kid goes along with their life, not the other way around. And, we do understand that that is the life stage a lot of people our age are at, so we do respect and understand that. I think it will be fun, though, and am still looking forward to it. We can do all things through Christ...right?! :) Saturday night, we are having basically a big person prom. yay! haha But, Spencer and I won't be going because.....

WE'RE GOING TO THE FINAL FOUR IN HOUSTON TO CHEER ON THE KENTUCKY WILDCATS! WAHOO!!!

Yes, I am so stinkin' excited! I can't wait! I grew up watching Kentucky, my parents and all their families are from Kentucky so duh of course we are going!! yeah!! I have always wanted to go to a men's final four. I went to the women's final four in 2005 in Indianapolis when the Baylor women won the National Championship! So, Kentucky, don't let us down!!

I have my "Calypso Blue" nail polish ready, my UK t-shirt packed and I am ready to have a sore throat from yelling my head off! Top it all off with my disco silver ball sparkly Toms and I am ready! Oh, my gosh I am so excited. My grandpa, my parents and two cousins are coming, too! Can you tell I am excited!? I am excited!!!

Go CATS!!! :) oh yeah, yay reunion! haha :)
