Thankful

Being thankful. And being grateful. I'm trying to do that in all situations that I encounter - God allows all circumstances to pass to us - some for specific reasons, others for reasons we may never know. So for that, I am thankful and grateful that God loves me enough to teach me through situations and circumstances.

The past few weeks I have been especially thankful for our friends and family. Not that I am not always thankful for them, but the past few weeks were emotional facing the boys' one-year birthday. We received countless cards in the mail, emails, texts, phone calls, blog comments and prayers. We truly felt covered in God's love and for that we were, and are, forever grateful. So thank you, our dear friends and family, for showing us what it is to portray God's love and for being such an encouragement in our life. We love you all.
